1 cup soaked almonds (1/2 cup dry to start)
1 green apple, minus core
1/2 orange, peeled
1 banana, peeled
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1/2 teaspoon flax seed meal, refrigerated bag
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds, from bag
1 lemon, minus seeds, peeled
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4-6 dates (for sweetening)
1 cup kale or spinach
1 cup ice
Optional:
1 inch ginger finger
1 chunk cucumber
1 stalk celery
A refreshing healthy smoothie.
