The ghostwalkers are spellcasters that have chosen a lonely path. They are skilled in attacking unseen. Ghostwalkers almost always live, travel, and work alone, as they need to stay hidden until they strike with their destructive magic.

Not many take the path of the ghostwalker, as they need to find, and be trained by a ghostwalker before they can be one themselves. There are no guilds for ghostwalkers, nor are there any meetings between the ghostwalkers. Then, as you might understand, it is very hard to track down a ghostwalker and convince him to teach you the arts of the Hidden, as they like to call it themselves.

Requirements
To qualify to become a ghostwalker, a character must meat the following requirements.
     Hide: 6 ranks
     Move Silently: 6 ranks
     Knowledge (arcana): 6 ranks
     Feat(s): Silent spell, Still spell, Spell focus (illusions).
     Special: Ability to cast at least three illusion spells, one of which must be 3rd level or higher.
     Special: Must be sponsored by a ghostwalker.

Class Skills
The Ghostwalker's class skills are:
Alchemy, Concentration, Craft, Hide, Knowledge, Move Silently, Profession, Scry, Spellcraft.

     Skill Poins at Each Level: 2 + Int Modifier.

Class Features
Below are the class features of the Ghostwalker prestige class.

Weapon and Armor proficiency: The ghostwalker gains no new weapon and armor profiency.

Spells/Day: At first level, and at every other level thereafter, the ghostwalker gains new spells per day as if advancing in one of his existing spellcasting classes. This does not grant any other ability normally associated with that class. If a character had more than one spellcasting classes before becoming a ghostwalker, he must decide to which class he adds the new level for purposes of determining spells per day. For example, a 10th level wizard/ 1st level ghostwalker gains spells per day as a 11th level wizard would.

Shadow Mask: Once per day the ghostwalker can use shadow mask as a spell-like ability from a sorcerer of the same total character level as the ghostwalker.

Ghost Armor: As a supernatural ability, the ghostwalker gains the use of ghost armor. Ghost armor is an invisible but tangible field of force surrounding the ghostwalker, providing a +6 armor bonus to AC. Unlike mundane armor, ghost armor entails no armor check penalty, arcane spell failure chance, or speed reduction. Since ghost armor is made of force, incorporeal creatures can't bypass it the way they do normal armor.

Gaseuos Form: The ghostwalker can use gaseous form a number of times per day as shown on the table above as a spell-like ability from a sorcerer of the same total character level as the ghostwalker.

Improved Invisibility: The ghostwalker can use improved invisibility a number of times per day as shown on the table above as a spell-like ability from a sorcerer of the same total character level as the ghostwalker.

Dimension Door: Once per day the ghostwalker can use dimension door as a spell-like ability from a sorcerer of the same total character level as the ghostwalker.

Ghost Touch: The ghostwalker has the ghost touch ability, which allows him to attack corporeal or incorporeal creatures normally. It is a supernatural ability.

Ghost Form: The ghostwalker can use ghost form a number of times per day as shown on the table above as a spell-like ability from a sorcerer of the same total character level as the ghostwalker.

Shadow Spy: Once per day, the ghostwalker may summon a shadow to serve the ghostwalker in whatever way it can. The ghostwalker can communicate mentally with the shadow spy within a range of one mile. The shadow remains for 1 hour per ghostwalker level or until dismissed by the ghostwalker. It is a spell-like ability.

Shadow Walk: Once per day the ghostwalker can use shadow walk as a spell-like ability from a sorcerer of the same total character level as the ghostwalker.
