NPC Roll-call

* Scions of Aroden are a group dedicated to help the people of Telflamm who cannot help themselves

Arael is the official leader as well as a elven cleric of Iomedae.
Janiven is a skilled urban archer who served as Arael's agent. She died while trying to defeat the Bastards of Erebus.
Morosino is a young boy who serves as Arael's messenger.

* Hellknights

Signifier Armiger Shanwen is a human armiger cleric who captured the heroes during a unsuccessful prisoner rescue.

Locations

Parego Dospera, or "Despair's Alter", is the ruined northern section of the city.

Rego Cura, or "Blood Sector", is the home of the slave trade in Telflamm.
- Jacovo's Stables, the Scion Gorvio's uncle owns the stables. The Scions borrowed horses from on the ill-fated attempt to rescue Arael from the Hellknight's.

Parego Spera, or "Hope's Altar", is the still prosperous section of the city where trade trumps politics.

Visio's Tavern, named for the shou family that once ran the establishment. Visio’s was a place where merchant guards went to relax, gripe about their employers, and look for more work. Several months ago, however, the Visio patriarch passed away, and the surviving family moved out of Telflamm to go live with kin in distant Kara-Tur. The tavern stood empty until the Scions recently purchased the tavern. It was kept closed for secret meetings until the Hellknight’s raided the tavern in a failed attempt to capture the Scions.

Part 1 - 1-07-11 - A Secret Meeting

In this episode, the heroes are invited by Janiven to a meeting at Visio's Tavern where they are invited to join the Scions of Aroden. Morisino shows up to warn them that Arael has been captured by the Hellknights and that the Hellknights are going to raid the tavern. The heroes escape into the sewers, but are separated from Janiven and Morisino. They fight off Torbles, and flee from Hellknight Armigers as they seek to make their way to the Scion Safe House. Tengu is captured by the Hellknights as he attempts to buy the heroes more time to escape.

Part 2 - 1-14-11 - Escape through the Sewers

In this episode, the Scions fight their way past more Torbles, encounter a dreaded Shadow beast, and fight their way through Zombies and Skeletons. They are reunited with Janiven, who helps them find their way to the Safe House. There, they plot to rescue Arael and Tengu as they are transported from Telflamm to Citadel Rivad.

Part 3 - 3-04-11 - A Rescue Attempt

In this episode, the heroes attempt to waylay a prisoner wagon bringing the leader of the fledgling people's rebellion from the dreaded Hell Knights before he is imprisoned in their training citadel (and thus impossible to rescue).
